I have been coming to Boracay regularly for the last 12 years, since I have a vacation home on the island. I live in nearby Taiwan and was delighted, when about 5 or 6 years ago, the Philippines’ premier budget airline, Cebu Pacific, started flights from Taipei to Manila with connections to Caticlan.
