Me estreno como posteador, me llamo Sagrath y espero traeros habitualmente noticias fresquitas.

Como habreis podido adivinar los lectores más avispados, la sección tratará sobre domingas, tetas, bufas,etc. Y para empezar que mejor manera que hacerlo con la diosa de las bufas naturales Keeley Hazel,a tenor de las imagenes muchos pensareis que no son naturales...pero para nuestro deleite SI,son naturales.

Pee Wee terminó su relación laboral con A.B. Quintanilla y al parecer el músico tomó medidas muy drásticas contra el popular cantante, al quitarle la casa donde vivía la progenitora del joven intérprete. Según un programa estadounidense, A.B. decidió desalojar a la mamá de Pee Wee de su casa en el Valle de Texas, debido a que ya no tienen ningún convenio laboral entre ambos. La emisión detalló que a pesar de que Pee Wee pagaba la casa, los papeles del crédito de la vivienda estaban a nombre de Quintanilla, porque el intérprete es menor de edad. “Fue así que sólo le bastó dos días a A.B. para desalojar a la mamá del joven cantante”, se dijo en el programa “El gordo y la flaca“. Pee Wee no ha confirmado la información, debido a que hay un acuerdo legal donde él no puede hablar ni a favor o en contra de Quintanilla, lo que también aplica para el hermano de la extinta Selena. Fitness and player stamina is what sets apart professional and part-time teams, especially when they play in “all or nothing” matches such as the FA Cup where there is no middle ground for a draw. Stamina training in soccer is just a party of getting and remaining fit for the entire season. A player requires strength to keep the ball and win the match and this means the player must be able to sprint, accelerate and move quickly around the field for 90 minutes. The warm-up is an essential part of injury prevention, vital when your star player is earning £70,000 a week and will pick this up whether he plays or is sitting out injured. To improve your fitness and agility, start off with five minutes of jogging on the spot followed by high knees, heel flicks, jumping jacks and then five minutes of stretching. You can also perform press ups, squat thrusts, ‘lateral raises’ by using dumbbells or resistance bands, crunches, dips and sit to stand using the dumbbells. Instead of running at a continuous pace, mix up the routine with running, jogging and sprinting in a random manner. You can start by jogging for five minutes, then sprint for 20 yards, slow jog for 100 yards, cruise for 200 yards, backward running for 20 yards, turn and sprint for 30 yards, walk for 50 yards and then jog again for 300 yards more. When you finish your training session, stretch the hamstrings, groins, quads, calves and lower back for between 20 to 30 seconds to allow your muscles to recuperate properly. Soccer demands a high level of stamina, thus endurance training is an essential part of any professional soccer training programme. It serves as a great confidence booster when you can see your opponent fading during the later stages of a match and you have reserves to use and take advantage of. Endurance training is a must that requires a solid aerobic base so that you remain active in the playing field for a long period of time. Stamina fitness training for soccer players include activities like jogging, hill running, cycling and shuttle runs. It requires certain exercise equipments like cross-trainer, stair climbers and treadmills. Sprint training includes shuttle runs, relay runs, and the pattern of sprint-walk-jog. For sprinting, a strong drive is required. The upper body should be relaxed. Strength training includes circuit training and weight training. You can easily perform some of the activities for improving your overall stamina: • A full squat with bodyweight • Clean and press seven-tenths of their weight overhead • Curl six-tenths of their weights • Hop 25km distance in 10 hops on each leg (if you are feeling especially masochistic!) • 40 press-ups in one minute • 40 bent-knee abdominals in one minute • 40 squat thrusts in one minute • Eight chins (male) and three chins (female). Stamina is developed by completing rounds of continuous activity at moderate intensities, performed for longer than three minutes. The general-endurance component of run-play training has a middle distance event where you carry out a cool run of 2000-3000 metres at around 70 to 75 per cent of maximal heart rate. Stamina training also includes a distance events where you have to to try a cool run of 3000-5000 metres at about 70 to 75 per cent of maximal heart rate. Simplebackup is a cross-platform backup program. It reads a configuration file, then it builds a compressed file for each of your backup directories or files on your backup list, and places the compressed files into another location. For example, this location can be a network mapped drive in Windows, an NFS mounted drive in Unix, another hard disk, an FTP, SFTP (Secure FTP / SSH2), A HTTP (WebDav) server, or more email accounts, or a tape device (Unix only). This will duplicate your information, doing the so called "backup". This program, is under GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2, June 1991. You may used it for free, but remember No Warranties. Can read the restore list from a separated text file, even with the use of wild cards and with the definition of the restore path. [ new in version 1.8.x ]. Backups can be made on a type of system (example windows) and restored on a different type (example linux). [ new in version 1.8.x ]. Allows the selection of the compression ratio. Can reject files and directories by full paths, even with the use of wild cards. [ improved in version 1.8.x ]. Can reject files by file type/extention. Can reject files by full name. Can reject files by size limit, example only backup files up to 1 Megabyte. Can limit the maximal size of the backup data, this can control the amount of data that will flow into the backup destination. Can backup into ftp servers, and make use a ftp proxy (must be in open mode). [ improved in version 1.8.x ]. Can backup into ssh/sftp servers with or without the use of public/private keys. This backup mode uses ssh2 encryption so it's very safe to use across the internet. [ new in version 1.8.x ]. Can backup into http web-dav servers. [ new in version 1.8.x ]. Can backup by email into one or more email accounts. Under unix operating systems it can backup into tape devices, but beware that this feature is experimental. Also related to tape devices, it can execute any command desired before and after writing to tape, example mt -t /dev/tape0 rewind. Works fully unattended, so you can easily program a at/cron job (unix) or task scheduler (windows). Automatic backup session management, old backup data can be automatically erased. Can run a script/batch file/command before the backup, example, you can use this feature to shut-down the database and free the data files for backup. The Perl libnet module is definitely required to use ftp/email backups and email reporting. Mac OS/X Unknown Operating system was not tested, but success runs have been reported by some users. HP-UX Unknown Operating system was not tested, but the tar command is very limited so tar or tar like backups will not work with simplebackup. Solaris 10 Yes It might be needed to install some extra Perl modules, check the requirements for more details. Aix Unknown Operating system was not tested. Other Unix's Unknown Since simplebackup is a Perl program it should work on almost all Unix like systems. *1 The use of Perl 5.8.x is recommended.
